Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy ("Policy") sets forth the terms and conditions under which SoniPure ("we," "our," or "the Company") processes, ships, and delivers products purchased through our online store. By placing an order with SoniPure, the customer ("you") acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined herein.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within two (2) to three (3) business days following payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Processing times are estimates only and may vary based on order volume or unforeseen operational delays.
Note: Certain purchases may include digital materials or follow-up protocol components. These components may be processed and delivered separately from physical goods and are not subject to standard shipping timelines.
Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
We offer multiple shipping options, including Standard, Expedited, and Express services. Please note that fulfillment time varies per order, and we are not responsible for how long it takes to fulfill an order. Once your order is fulfilled, shipping is guaranteed within 3–5 business days, depending on the selected method. We begin tracking shipping 24 hours after fulfillment has occurred.
Estimated delivery times (after fulfillment) are as follows:

These timeframes are shipping is guaranteed within 3–5 business days or money back. Actual delivery may vary based on your location, carrier performance, customs processing, and other external factors. However, we do guarantee shipping within 3–5 business days from the time your order is fulfilled, regardless of the fulfillment delay.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the order, shipping method selected, and destination. All applicable shipping fees will be clearly presented at the time of order confirmation.
Free Shipping Promotions
From time to time, SoniPure may offer free shipping on orders that meet certain criteria. Such promotions will be clearly communicated at the point of sale and are applicable only to standard shipping within the continental United States unless otherwise specified.
Domestic and International Shipping
At this time, SoniPure ships exclusively within the United States. We do not currently support international orders. Customers outside of the United States may contact Customer Service to inquire about future availability.
Shipping Restrictions
SoniPure does not ship to the following addresses or locations:

Any location explicitly restricted by carrier or regulatory constraints
In addition, items fulfilled digitally or with online access (if applicable) may not require physical shipping.
Order Tracking
Upon shipment, customers will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor the delivery status. Tracking information may take up to forty-eight (48) hours to become active. Customers experiencing issues with tracking should contact Customer Service.
Delivery Delays
SoniPure shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to:

Carrier-related issues or service disruptions

Severe weather conditions

Natural disasters

Customs inspections or regulatory clearance

High seasonal order volumes
Where delays occur, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to communicate with the customer and assist in resolving the matter with the shipping carrier.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be reported within seven (7) days of the expected delivery date or actual receipt.

Damaged Goods: Retain all packaging and contact Customer Service to initiate a claim for a replacement, refund, or return.

Lost Packages: If a shipment is marked "delivered" but has not been received, the customer must first verify with their local delivery provider. If unresolved, Customer Service will assist in initiating an investigation with the carrier.
Address Accuracy and Corrections
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. SoniPure will not be liable for orders that are delayed, misrouted, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If a shipment is returned due to such errors, the customer will be responsible for all reshipping costs.
Modifications to this Policy
SoniPure reserves the right to amend or revise this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any modifications will be published on this page and become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes have been made shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
